  • 1.5 million characters refers to the total volume of text processed by the translation engine (including both sent and received translations). For the vast majority of small and medium foreign trade businesses, this is typically enough for 6-12 months.
  • Running out: If you use up your character allowance, your account won't be frozen — the system will prompt you to purchase additional character packs at a very low unit price, or upgrade to a higher-tier plan, ensuring your business is never interrupted.
Higher-tier plans offer stronger translation capability, terminology-base matching, and smart assistance features, suited for teams with higher requirements for accuracy, efficiency, and complex business scenarios.
